Les Rowland
Les has 28 years of experience in the building industry. Les is the acting responsible broker for Premier Commercial Real Estate Services and ensures that all “i’s” are dotted, and all “t’s” are crossed when it comes to closing the deal. Les is a licensed architect by profession and aside from co-founder/co-owner of Premier Commercial Real Estate Services, has successfully grown and managed an architectural business (designArc Group) since opening its doors in 2008.
Les grew up in South Dakota. After high school he attended the University of Minnesota – Minneapolis to pursue a career in architecture. After college, Les returned to his roots back in South Dakota to practice architecture. His South Dakota values, work ethic and importance of family influences how he practices business. His commitment to service and satisfaction of the client are the best in the industry; second to none.
Les has always had an interest in real estate and how it relates to architecture. A unique attribute Les brings to the Premier Commercial Real Estate Services team is a result of his architecture training; his ability to visualize the big picture and identify opportunities that are not realized by most.
Les holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis, a licensed architect in South Dakota and six other states in the Midwest, and a licensed Broker in South Dakota.
Mike Hauk
Mike Hauck was born and raised in South Dakota and is a graduate of O’Gorman High School. After high school, Mike went on to the University of South Dakota where he obtained a BS degree in Business Administration with an accounting major. Following his undergraduate studies, Mike moved on to law school at Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, graduating at the top of his class. After graduating from law school, Mike practiced law in Sioux Falls for 17 years working in real estate, business law and commercial litigation. In 2007, Mike became a licensed real estate broker and has been engaged in representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions since that time. He is experienced in dealing with bare land, office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties. Mike has also been an active real estate investor since 2006 and has used his legal skills to put together investment groups to acquire various commercial properties. Mike is also involved with an entity that engages in multi-family real estate development.
Mike has also been active in the community having served on the boards of directors for Crimestoppers of the Sioux Empire, Sioux Falls Court Appointed Special Advocates, the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire and the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. Mike has also served as the Chair of the Government Affairs committee for the local Realtors Association and an Ambassador with the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. Mike lives in Sioux Falls with his wife, Jessica, and enjoys spending time with his family including his two grown children and his three grand daughters. When not working, Mike enjoys spending time at Pickerel Lake in northeast South Dakota and traveling to warmer climates when the South Dakota winter winds start blowing.
Crystal Neuman
I am excited to share my passion and dedication to helping people while using the skills I’ve gained from specializing in Customer Service for the past 30 years. With my natural ability to communicate, I have learned to recognize the client’s needs and wants by being a great listener, coupled with a genuine love for Real Estate; and making people happy! I pride myself in the help I offer and put my heart into assisting buyers with the opportunity to accomplish their dreams of homeownership, as well as helping those trying to achieve their goals of selling their homes and starting that next chapter of their lives!
As a homeowner, I am aware that buying or selling a home can be very stressful. Buyers and sellers alike need someone who can take the stress and guesswork out of the real estate process and help close the deal as painlessly as possible. I know your time is valuable and my goal is to help you make the most of it!
Nonetheless, I have a work-hard/play-hard mentality and enjoy spending my spare time crocheting personalized blankets and hanging out with my four amazing grandkids!
